I have been using black balm since 2021. I used it for cancer care after having radiation. Along with the oil pulling mouthwash I can through radiation with almost no side effects. I have been waiting for it and ordered when it became available. Didn’t realize my March order was in already so I now have 4 jars!!!
For several years I was told at cleanings try a whitening toothpaste for plaque build up. I did but my teeth were always so sensitive after. So I took a chance on Akamai and it works!!!! I have NO plaque and no sensitivity!!! My teeth look better now than even after a cleaning! I wont go back.
I do not like the smell of the essential oils that are mixed in. But the power seems to keep my teeth clean and I like that there is no foam.
I love this product. It not only helps with my face but also helps with my dry fingers and cracked heels.
New user here. I have transitioned from traditional toothpaste over to more natural options. I got the Akamai Mineral Tooth Powder off of a recommendation on Facebook. At first, the taste was something to adjust to. But after two months of use, I can assure you that this powder does exactly what they said it would do. My receding gums are about 90% gone and the sensitivity is 100% gone. I have now transitioned my daughter over to this mineral powder and she will be taking it back to college with her. So happy to refer anyone that is willing to give it a try!

I really love the tooth powder! I made a change in my routine because every time I went to the dentist the past three years they were finding small cavities. My teeth have always been healthy, two cavities as a kid. My 2x a day brushing and flossing everyday had not changed. I did notice my teeth did not feel clean with conventional toothpaste no matter which brand I used. The first thing noticed with the tooth powder is my teeth feel like I just left the dentist every time brush. I was worried the powder wouldn’t work for sensitive teeth but it has been great, no problems. I will continue to use and see what happens at my next checkup. I ordered the floss but it has been a couple of weeks and my order says preparing order so not sure what is going on with it but so far the tooth powder is great!
My teeth have never been better. My gums are in the best health they have ever been and my dentist agrees!
I saw someone talking about Akamai on facebook and decided to try it. I will never go back to toothpaste in a tube. My teeth have the polished feel now and my sensitivity is gone. It has also made my teeth whiter because it eliminated the stains. One day I got busy and didn't brush my teeth. My teeth still had the polished feel in the evening when I went to brushed them that evening.
I love this toothpaste. My dentist has me on a prescription toothpaste and my teeth never once got better or changed. My teeth had stains that never went away. After using this for a little over a month, stains have lifted and i can feel the difference in my teeth!!! I will never use the regular toothpaste again. Amazing and so happy.
First time trying this product (instead of traditional toothpaste)......so I will have a better idea when i finish the container and go to the dentist for check up/ cleani g. I am 61 and have poor teeth so i am hoping this products helps me.

I absolutely love all of the Akamai products I have used so far. To mention a few, the toothpaste is awesome and I love the clean feeling from using an all natural toothpaste. The soap is amazing for your skin and I love it! I was never able to master the oil pulling but with Akamai I am now able to oil pull. I am not seeing a lot of change in my teeth from the powder…yet, but, I have seen a great transformation with my hair using the Fulvic Mineral Complex. I began using them February 18th and OMG!!! The first picture was taken in October 2024, the 3rd one is February 24th, 2025 and the second one is today, March 30th!
I purchased the Akamai tooth powder after hearing about it from someone I follow on Instagram. It has a bit of a minty taste so definitely not bad. I have been using it twice a day for 2 weeks. I have used conventional whitening toothpastes with not much improvement, but this has made a noticeable difference. Also my dental hygienist said my gums were bleeding less so a win there. Glad I made the purchase.
I decided to go out on a limb and try the powder tooth paste because my teeth seem to only get worse with regular tooth paste. I have really enjoyed it. The taste doesn’t seem bad to me and you get used to it being a powder. I have already gotten on my sister and a friend on board to try it as well!
I guess I'm just not meant to join the fan club of Alkamai. Along with the other Oral products i bought (the $60 package) once again I do not like the Pulling Mouthwash. It is way too strong for me! When I use it I feel like spitting it right back out! The bottle sits on my bathroom counter and when I look at it I do NOT look forward to using it.
I will finish this bottle of Skin Fuel because I paid so much for it but I can not stand the smell of it! I actually DREAD having to use it! My skin doesn't NOT feel soft after using it either! It feels" pasty" which is the only way I can describe it. I wind up going back to my other beauty products. Even though Alkamai offered me a discount coupon I just don't want to spend anymore money on this product.
I've been using the tooth powder and I liked it at first. I can't stand tooth paste so I keep using the powder but not THAT crazy about it! There are times if I don't tap the brush on the side of the jar the product winds up in the sink because the brush doesn't fit inside the little jar! My mouth DOES feel cleaner yet I don't see any real "whitening" happening. Not sure if I will re order.
I wasn't sure what to expect from a powdered toothpaste, I am very pleased with this product. There is no unpleasant taste or smell and I didn't have any trouble getting used to the powder after decades of using toothpaste. I don't find it to be messy to use and do feel like it cleans my teeth. I intended to make this a permanent change in my tooth care routine.
The family started using the tooth powder and the floss. Great to know that no chemicals are in the product and safe to use. Also really like the fact that USA made and customer service is spot on since we had an issue with our first shipment not arriving. We will continue to buy!
I have recently started using the products , at first, I was very skeptical, but I will never ever go back to traditional oral care after the results I have seen in such a short amount of time. I have tried several different methods for whitening and general oral care without the results being claimed. This system works, no hype or empty promises! I am a customer for life.
I recently bought the mineral toothpowder & refill. It was my first time using this product (& first time using tooth powder) It tasted good/ with good ingredients & was easy to use. Bonus! It has a slightly minty taste. A little goes a long way, which is nice. It doesn’t foam like typical toothpaste & it wasn’t overly flavoured like typical toothpastes. It’s actually quite a nice change to use this product. The product arrived quick & was eco packaged (further making me smile). I had a few “how to” questions before I placed my order & the service was friendly & prompt. Definitely a great product! && I can see this being a breeze for travel!
