I have used the tooth powder, oil pulling and floss for 96 days. It started with a tooth ache and a visit to my dentist. I was referred to root canal specialist. The follow up with my dentist, 90 days later, the symptoms, slight pain, had been reduced by 99%. It's not completely eliminated, i still have occasional reminders, but it is nothing like prior feelings.
