I can't log in to manage my subscription, it isn't working
If you already have an active account (meaning you set up a password), and you are having trouble logging in, or problems with the customer portal, such as making changes to your subscription, credit card, or addresses, it could be your browser, Safari in particular.
Here is what our subscription software provider, Recharge, recommends:
"If the customer is using Safari version 13, that could be the issue. The best remedy here is to ensure that browsers are updated to the current version, which is now Safari 14, and to use another browser like Chrome or Firefox."
If that doesn't work, you can try clearing your browser cache. You can do this by going to your browser (top right corner, right-click), going to > settings then > history, and then > clear history.
If this does not fix the problem, please contact us at: support@akamaibasics.com. If possible, include the browser you are using and any error messages that appeared.
