How can I manage my subscription and what are my options?

You have full control over your subscription

Simply log in to your account. You can manage many things related to your subscription including:

  • Skip shipments
  • Change your subscription order ship date
  • Change quantities
  • Add products to your subscription
  • Swap products
  • Add a one-time purchase
  • Update billing, shipping, and credit card info
  • Cancel your subscription

After you log in, click "Manage Subscriptions", and then next to the items in your subscription click on the links you wish to use under the “Your Subscription” column. Click the “Edit” link to change your order date, quantity, shipping, billing & credit card information. You can also use the “Edit” link to skip your shipment, swap products, or cancel your subscription.

Note: Having Trouble Logging In? Make sure you've "Activated your Account", which means creating a password. You can do this by clicking on the link in the account activation email sent to you after you place your order. Or, click on the "Register" button on our log in page.

Forgot your password? Click on the "forgot password" link when logging in.
