Recurring shipments are tied to the date you joined our service and placed your first order. For example, assuming you joined our service on the Oct. 15th your next order will be processed in 2 months on Dec. 15th. Subsequent orders will ship every other month on the 15th. Your shipment will arrive within in 3-5 business days after being processed.
Our service is setup to ship every 2 months. Set it and forget it. However, you could place a large subscription order then login to your account and delete or modify your upcoming shipments/subscription.

While you created an Account with your first order, you need to "Activate it" (create a password) in order to manage your Account and Subscription. You can do this (Activate/Create a Password) by clicking on the link in the "Account Activation" email sent to you after you placed your first order.
If you can't find the email, no worries. Just contact email@example.com and we'll send out another activation email to you, or help you with anything else you need.

To create a custom subscription, log in to your account using the same email you used to create an account/place an order. Your Account page will appear. Now that you’re logged in, shop for the products you want to have in your new/updated subscription. Make sure to click the “Add to Existing Subscription” button when selecting a product (vs. the Subscribe button). Once you are done adding the products you want in your new/updated subscription, go to “Manage Your Subscription” from the Accounts Detail page. You can then click the “Manage” arrow on the far right and select “Product Qty”. It will show all of the items in your subscription. Delete the Essentials Kit from your subscription. All future orders will reflect these changes.
Yes. You can do this in two ways by changing quantities of your subscription (this will change all your upcoming orders) or for individual orders.

Look for the Manage heading and click the pull down arrow to select “Product (Qty)”. The items in your subscription order will appear and you can adjust the amounts. When you’re finished select Update. All future orders will reflect your change. To adjust the quantities on individual orders, select Subscription #1 and all your future orders will appear. You can click on orders and increase or decrease quantities here.
To add a product, Log in to your account using the same email you used to create an account. Shop for the product at the website you would like to add - select the "Add to Existing Subscription" button. The product will automatically be added to your subscription.
To delete a product, Log in to your account using the same email you used to create an account and click on the link that says “Manage Subscription” from the Account Details page. On the Manage Subscription page, look for the Manage heading on the far right and click the pull down arrow to select “Product (Qty)”. The items in your subscription order will appear and you can delete a product (or update quantity) from your subscription by clicking the trash can icon on the far right or adjusting the number. When you’re finished select Update. All future orders will reflect your change.
Yes. Log in to your account using the same email you used to create an account and click on the link says “Manage Subscription”. Look for the Manage heading and click the pull down arrow to select “Change upcoming order date”. Click on the calendar and select the date you would like your order to ship. Keep in mind all future orders will ship every 60 days using this new date.
Note: It may take up to 24 hrs for your order to process and 2 days until your order ships. Your order should arrive in about a week.
If you notice you are running low you can change your upcoming order date (see instructions above). You might consider adding a unit to your next order shipment so you have backup supply or increase the quantities on your subscription so with each shipment you receive more.
You can choose to skip a shipment, decrease the quantities on your next order or decrease the quantities on your subscription so with each shipment you receive less.
Yes. Log in to your account using the same email you used to create an account and click on the link says “Manage Subscription”. Then select Subscription #1. Your future orders will appear. Select “Skip Shipment” for the order you would like to skip. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm. Click Ok.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. You can also log in and select an order to find your tracking # and link.
Yes, but it takes a few steps. We are a subscription based service, so when you place an order it becomes an ongoing subscription. However, you could place an order and after it ships log in to your account and delete your subscription, thereby canceling all future orders.

Yes. After placing your first order return to our store. When placing items in your cart (assuming you are signed in), click the “Subscribe” button instead of the “Add to Existing Subscription” button. Keep adding items in this manner and when ready, checkout. During checkout you will have the option to select a new address. This option works well if you want to gift a subscription.
All of our ingredients are of the highest quality and sourced from highly trusted sources. While many of our ingredients are certified organic some are not. Keep in mind, the organic, or certified organic labels and certifications were created for food and don’t work as well when it comes to personal care products. Clay and our Trace Minerals, for instance are completely natural, coming directly from the purest sources, but would not qualify as "organic" by most standards. Our essential oils, are grown without the use of man-made pesticides or fertilizers and are exactly the same as those labeled certified organic, just without the costly process of getting certified as organic

Our super, gentle all natural soap bar makes a great shampoo. If you are transitioning from traditional shampoos & conditioners, there may be an adjustment period of 3 – 5 washes - the length and condition of your hair is also a factor. Make sure you lather well and rinse thoroughly. A simple rinse of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (20% to water) can help clarify your hair and ease the transition.
